Description of the holiday rental
The 2 1/2 room apartment is located in an apartment building on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available. The apartment is very quiet, south facing and has a 8m2 balcony with 2 parasols. Table, chairs and a deck chair invite you for relaxing. The apartment (70m2) is nicely furnished and has 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a large living room with 2 foldaway beds, dining table, Sofa and TV/radio, bathroom with bathtub/WC, separate kitchen and balcony.
In 5 minutes you are on foot in the Lido. The shops are in 10 minutes and the bakery is 5 minutes’ walk away. The parking space no. 10 belongs to the apartment. The bed linen is CHF 27.00 per person, the final cleaning is CHF 100.00 and will be charged in advance by the landlord. The tax is reclaimed by the landlord. The code for the key safe will be announced in writing.
