Welcome to the sunny, quiet 4 1/2 room apartment (100m2) in the Kleewasu family house, on the 1st floor, with a beautiful view to the south, southwest. Since 2021, it has a completely new kitchen. In 2022, further renovations were carried out, new with real parquet flooring and a new dining table in the living room, all room doors new, exterior walls in the living room insulated. In autumn 2024, the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower was completely renovated. The apartment is a 7-minute walk from the cable car. An inclined lift, about 7 minutes from the house, also takes you to the village center in a few minutes (child care service). You can put on your skis in front of the house and go directly to the Alpmatten ski lift, which takes you to the Schönbiel and Wurzenbord chairlifts. Shopping facilities at Coop 10 minutes from the house towards the cable car and village center, or with the inclined lift about 15 minutes from the house directly to the village center and to Volg grocery store, Imhof bakery, pharmacy. On the balcony and terrace, you can enjoy the sun until it sets.
