Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (one with a balcony), 1 smaller bedroom with a French bed (140 cm). Bed linens are provided.

Living room:
Living room with TV, a 2-seater and a 3-seater sofa. Various games are at your disposal. Next to the living room is a small separate room with a desk.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, raclette and fondue equipment. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. Bathroom linens are to be brought by the tenant.

The 5 1/2 room holiday apartment (approx. 90m²) with a south-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor of a chalet with a total of 3 apartments. The house is situated in the middle of the village part cuort in a very quiet location near the valley station. The village center with shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. The mountain railways, sports facilities and shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. Approximately 10 minutes on foot and approximately 3 minutes by car.
The apartment was renovated in 2014 and is equipped in a contemporary style. The knotted walls made of fir wood create a cozy atmosphere.
In the basement there is a cellar where skis, snowboards etc. can be stored.
BY ARRANGEMENT, A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS CAN ALSO BE BOOKED, PLEASE SIMPLY INQUIRE.
A parking space is available and included. If more parking spaces are needed, please park the cars at the parking lot next to the restaurant Pension Tödi or at the parking lot of the mountain railways (CHF 5.00 per night).
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
