Open-plan kitchen with plenty of storage space, hob, oven, dishwasher. One bedroom with two single beds. One bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, sink and bidet. Upper floor: one double bedroom and one triple bedroom. Walk-in wardrobe in the hallway. Bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Shared ski room and laundry room. One parking space in the garage. Pets are not permitted.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Guardaval is an apartment house near the railway station. There are restaurants and the post office in the surrounding area. The Saluver cableway is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. Cross-country skiing runs are in the immediate surrounding.
