A ski room and a communal laundry room are available for shared use. A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee.
The apartment has very high ceilings and is furnished with beautiful local wood, creating a pleasant and homely atmosphere.
The apartment is located at the edge of Celerina towards Samedan. The bus stop is less than a minute's walk away, and the cross-country ski trails are practically in front of the house.
