Description of the holiday rental
The holiday flat is located in the attic (2nd floor) of an old Engadine house in the village centre of Celerina. The cosy, partly sloping attic flat is furnished with antique furniture. It has a living/dining room with fireplace, a half-open kitchen with dishwasher, a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub/WC/lavabo/bidet, a master bedroom with 2 beds and wardrobe, chest of drawers, table made of Swiss stone pine. From the flat you have a fantastic view of old Engadine houses and the Muottas Muragl. The location is very central. Shopping facilities, restaurants, the cable car station for the skiing area, the bus stop for the sports bus and the railway station are all within a few minutes' walk. The flat also has two small rooms in the corridor with separate shower/WC. One of the rooms has a single bed and the other a bunk bed, so that 5 people can spend a comfortable holiday.
The two rooms are accessible from the corridor. see plan. Only one other tenant uses this corridor.
The terrace is available in agreement with the tenants of the flat ( object no. 408111 ). I.e. without other contractual agreement every other day or at least 3 days in a week on Sun, Tue and Thu.
On the same floor there is a newly renovated 3 1/2 room flat for 4 persons. Ideal for holidays shared by families with friends.
