The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub/shower). The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, plenty of storage space, and offers a beautiful view of the Engadine mountains. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can also be used as a double bed. On request, 2 additional fold-out single beds are available in this bedroom. The apartment also has a guest WC. The fully equipped kitchen is in a separate room. The living room is very spacious and features a large fireplace. Free Wi-Fi and TV are available.
A garage parking space is located in the adjacent building. A washing machine and dryer are available for communal use.
The apartment boasts unusually large rooms, ensuring privacy even when fully occupied. The large balcony with views towards Piz Margna and Maloja is another highlight of this apartment.
The apartment is very quiet, with walking paths and cross-country ski trails nearby. The bus stop is just a few meters from the house.
