Description of the holiday rental
100sqm flat furnished with Italian taste, located at first floor of a typically Engadine House, in a very quiet area, just few minutes from all major activities, and close to beautiful walks. The flat consists of a large living room with fireplace, 2 sofas, TV, Dvd, dining table. Exit to the balcony with outdoor furniture. A large kitchen and living area, fully equipped with glass ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cellar for wine and espresso coffee machine supply. Two spacious bedrooms with wardrobe on measure, a studio with a sofa bed (ideal for children). Bathroom with bath/shower and double sinks. Private parking, ski and bike storage room in the building. Wonderful view of the mountains and garden with little palyground for children.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Upon arrival, guests will find ready-made beds, linen available, and a set of towels per person. The final cleaning and linen change are extra and payable by renters at the end of the stay.
For monthly/seasonaly rent, price can be reduced.
