Charming, with modern confort, welcoming and well-maintained chalet with a beautiful view, for 12 people in Chandolin.
Exterior: Very comfortable individual chalet of approx. 200m2, on 3 floors, with balcony/terrace that gives an excellent panoramic view of the landscape and is located in a quiet corner in the village of Chandolin. -
Interior: Entrance/cloakroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 separate WCs, 2 bathrooms with bath, 1 bathroom with shower, ski room. -
Kitchen: Open plan, very well equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment and 1 second fridge in the cellar, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, sodastream, toaster, microwave, fondue set and scraper set. -
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
- Ground floor: Entrance/cloakroom, kitchen opening onto the dining room which has a large wooden table and opens onto the bright living room with wood-burning stove and TV, separate toilet with washbasin, panoramic terrace/balcony. -
- Lower ground floor: another entrance from the ski room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds side by side, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and access to a terrace, 1 ski room with tumble dryer and washing machine, 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom with bath and washbasin, a bathroom with shower and washbasin. -
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and private balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds side by side, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 large bathroom with bath and two washbasins, 1 separate WC.
- NOTE : all beds measure 200*90, except the top double bed which measures 200*180.
Miscellaneous: WIFI, Cable TV, pets not allowed, non-somker, wood-burning stove, laundry room, ski room, checkroom, barbecue, 1 parking space in closed garage (access reserved for experienced drivers) and 2 outdoor parking spaces included in rental price, 600m from shuttle bus stop, possibility of renting sets of sheets and towels at the agency. -
