Location
The chalet is in a quiet, well-developed hillside location, with beautiful views of Churwalden and the eastern mountain range from the Parpaner Rothorn to the Churer Joch. Gondola and chair lifts to the Lenzerheide-Arosa skiing, hiking and biking area can be reached on foot in 5 minutes or by ski or bike in two minutes. There is a car park directly in front of the house.

The house
Plot of 500m2 with plenty of green space and seating. The entrance leads into the corridor and up a spiral staircase to the living area on the upper floor. The entire upper floor is made of wood. In addition to the living room, it offers a kitchen (renovated in 2022), a dining area, two bedrooms for a total of 4 people and a bathroom. Satellite TV, radio and various games are available. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped.

On the ground floor there are two cosy additional rooms with a double bed, an additional folding bed and a separate bathroom. These rooms are designed for 2 + 1 persons. In the cellar with natural stone floor there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, various sledges, snow shovels and games for free use.

Garden (summer)
The garden can be accessed directly via the balcony or the main entrance. Spacious, well-kept garden with several seating and play areas around the house. Barbecue area, garden table, chairs, deckchairs and various games are available.

Location description: Churwalden is situated at an altitude of 1250 metres between Chur (approx. 20 minutes by car) and Lenzerheide (approx. 10 minutes by car) and is also easily accessible by public transport. It is an ideal starting point for countless hiking and mountain bike tours. In winter, the Pradaschier chairlift and the new 8-seater Alp Stätz/Stätzerhorn gondola lift - which can be reached directly from the house in two minutes on skis - take you right into the heart of the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski area with 225 kilometres of pistes.
