The charming holiday home is located in Churwalden in a quiet, well-developed location and is ideal for families and active vacationers. The whole house is made of wood and offers space for 8 people and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Graubünden. The gondola and chairlifts in the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski, hiking and biking area can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by bike in five minutes in summer. A parking lot is located directly in front of the house.

The house has a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet and 5 bedrooms for 8 people. The holiday accommodation has one parking space at the house. The rest of the cars have to use the public parking lots in Churwalden.
