Quiet and sunny situation. 1 entrance hall, 1 living room south with fireplace and TV, dining area. 1 separate fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom to the south (2 mattresses 90x200) with en-suite bathroom (including washing machine), 1 bedroom to the north (bed 80x185), 1 shower room, 1 south-facing terrace. No parking space. Kitchen equipment: filter coffee machine, oven, toaster, raclette machine. Additional equipment: iron and ironing board, basic cleaning products, hand and dishwashing soaps - 1 garbage bag* provided on arrival with 1 dishwasher tablet* (*for the rest of the stay) (*for the rest of the stay, these products are at the tenant's expense)
