Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms - One large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a sofa bed, seating area sofa and flat-screen TV with AppleTV. One bedroom with 3 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). All bedrooms with wardrobes and/or chests of drawers. Bed linen is available and not included in the basic price.

Living room:
Living room with large dining table and small seating area. TV and WiFi are also available free of charge.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a ceramic hob with oven, a fridge and a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine (Delizio capsules). A raclette oven and a fondue set with caquelon are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a seating/dining area. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
One bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and double sink on the upper floor of the apartment. In addition, there is a separate wet room with shower and toilet on the lower floor and another barrier-free toilet in the basement, which are available for tenants of the apartment. Towels only on request and not included in the price.

The 4 1/2 room apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful village center of Cumbel directly opposite the church. The bus stop/ski bus stop is right in front of the house and the valley station of the ski lift in Vella to the ski area Obersaxen/Mundaun/Lumnezia is thus comfortably reachable in 5-10 minutes. From the roof terrace, which is usable for all residents, you have a magnificent view of the mountains of Val Lumnezia and into the Valsertal. In the basement, the ski equipment can be deposited.
