Description of the holiday rental

Beautiful, bright 4.5 apartment (approximately 120 m2) on the raised ground floor of a multi-family house with an elevator; underground parking space No. 10 is available during your stay. There are usually visitor parking spaces available in front of the house on the 5 unassigned spots. There is a lockable box for your ski equipment in the ski room. A lockable bicycle room is also available; the apartment features a large entrance area with a wardrobe; a closed kitchen equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and sufficient dishes and cutlery for 6 people; also includes warming plates, fondue, and raclette accessories; generous living area with fireplace, sofa, coffee table, armchair, flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area right next to the living space with a dining table and chairs for 6 people; 1 bathroom with bathtub/WC and laundry tower; 1 en-suite bathroom with shower/WC; 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed with 2 mattresses (90x200); in the parents' bedroom, there is a box spring bed; an additional TV in the parents' bedroom and a Nintendo W console; living and dining areas, as well as the bedrooms, feature wooden flooring. The kitchen and bathrooms are tiled with stone floors; a large balcony is partially glazed and equipped with garden furniture/lounge. There is also a balcony in front of the parents' bedroom: bed linen, kitchen towels, bath towels, Nordic duvets, and wool blankets; toilet paper, household rolls, sponges, dishwashing detergent, and a basic stock of spices are provided; a playground is available with an outdoor fireplace; non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
