Description of the holiday rental

Possibilities for hiking, swimming in the small lake, having a barbecue at the creek 'Lais da Pesch', mountainbiking, skiing or cross-country skiing are just in front of the door step. And from december 11th 2021 on there is FREE USE OF PUBLIC TRANSFER on certain lines and segments for the guests paying visitors tax – see bellow.
For up to 11 persons the big, light and fully developed flat with an individual ambiance has got everything you need for recreative holidays: aside from the three individual rooms, the kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms, two balconies both with beautiful panoramas, that invite you for a rest on different times of the day, the livingroom with a wood stove and a sunny gallery that goes over two stories and shows the original beam construction of the roof. It is a Non-smoker-flat of aprox. 100 squaremeters size.
Should you want to come with UP TO 13 PERSONS or like to have an extra room for some more privacy, you can rent ‘the Studio’ at the ground floor in addition: a two person bedroom with an own shower bath. Rented in addition to the upper flat it costs 300 Fr. extra per week plus 6 Fr.. daily for electricity and 40 Fr. for the final cleaning; the rest of the additional charges are the same as for the upper flat.

Exceptionally you can also rent ‘the Studio’ alone. If you want that please contact the landlady.
Please note that it is possible that there are other guests staying in the room next to the one on the ground floor.

There is one single parking place for the flat and one for the room at the ground floor. One of them is in front of the house and the other one in the village.

Moreover you have a room for skiing shoes, another one for skis and similar things and a third one with a pay washing machine for the guests of the whole house.

From the  11th of december of 2021 on the visitors tax includes apart from many reductions for certain acrivities the FREE USE OF PUBLIC TRANSFER on certain lines and segments – see in the internet:

Ftan is a very popular, calm and picturesque holiday resort placed on a sunnyterrace in 1650 meters over sea level. No through-going traffic. Farmer lifestyle. Shops for everyday normal needs and some resaurants are given. Milk, sausage and cheese are directly available from the farm in the neighborhood. It takes 5 minutes to get to the ski lift which takes you straight to the skiing area. Scuol-Tarasp, 6 kilometers from Ftan has got a train station and offers a wide range of additional restaurants, bars and shopping and leisure facilities as e.g. the open air bath, the skating rink and the wellness bath with sauna and Irish bath. From Ftan Scuol is easily reached by bus and walking.
