Situation
Luxury flat, with uninterrupted view, on the 2th floor of the Aiguilles Rouges residence, part of the new Dixence Resort complex comprising chalets, hotel, restaurant and thermal baths. It is directly accessible from the slopes of the 4 vallées ski area. The access to spa resort, apres ski bar, restaurant at the hotel is via the adjacent garage with lift into the resort. The building enjoys a quiet, sunny, south/east-facing location with views of Dent-Blanche and the Matterhorn. The flat has a large, private and secure cellar for storing skis and equipment (boot dryer).

4.5-room apartment for 8 people, with an open-plan kitchen/dining room equipped with a large fridge with freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living room has a sitting area with a large corner sofa, TV + WIFI and an electric fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (200x180), one of which has a private bathroom (shower/WC). The masterroom also has a TV. The third bedroom has a double bunk bed (200x160) for 4 people. Bathroom 1: WC, 2 washbasin, bath and a separate shower. Bathroom 2: WC, 2 washbasin, 1 large walk in shower. Bathroom 3: WC, 1 washbasin and the laundry (washing machine and dryer). Pets not allowed.
A large balcony, accessible from the living room and each bedroom, offers a panoramic view.
Car park: 2 parking spaces are available in the building.
1 locker for skis. Free internet connection.
