Separate living room with pull-out guest bed (80/160x200), club table, armchair flat-screen TV, free WLAN. Large, sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains of Surselva.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has been freshly renovated and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Tchibo coffee machine (capsules not included), toaster, kettle as well as raclette oven and fondue caquelon. Dish towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
One bathroom with shower/WC, washbasin, hair dryer, and a separate WC. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Miscellaneous:
Basement with washing machine - bicycles and skis can be stored, lockable.

The 2 1/2-room apartment (60m2) holiday apartment is located in a multi-family house with a total of 6 apartments. The holiday apartment is centrally located in the historic town of Ilanz and yet very quiet, surrounded by greenery, with a view of the mountains of Surselva. In a few minutes you can reach the train station and the bus stop of the ski bus, playground, outdoor pool and shopping facilities. The apartment also includes a basement with washing machine, with the possibility to store skis, bicycles or similar.

The holiday apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in October 2020. Non-smoking apartment, no party apartment.
