Location and general information:
The flat in the Chesa Ladina is in a quiet, sunny location in the Chamues-ch district. The village centre and shopping facilities are within walking distance of Chesa Ladina. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trail runs close to Chesa Ladina. There is a communal laundry room in the house. The flat has a reserved parking space in the garage and there are also visitor parking spaces in front of the house. There is no lift in the Chesa Ladina. Pets are welcome in the Chesa Ladina. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

Room layout:
The flat in the Chesa Ladina is on the top floor and also has a sleeping gallery above the living room. On the lower floor are the kitchen, the living/dining room, the master bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. A staircase from the living room leads to a sleeping gallery with two beds and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Furnishings:
The flat is furnished in typical Engadine style with light-coloured fitted carpets and built-in Swiss stone pine furniture. The living room is open to the roof structure and is very inviting thanks to the cosy furnishings and the rustic fireplace. The kitchen appliances (ceramic hob with steam extractor, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher) have all been renewed. A microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine are also available. Both bathrooms have been renovated. The flat is equipped with Swisscom TV and free Wi-Fi.
