Cosy 3½ room apartment with garden seating area in the Engadine style.

Location and general information:
The apartment in the Chesa Sassella is situated in a quiet, sunny location in the district Chamues-ch. Within walking distance to Chesa Sassella are the village centre and the shopping facilities. Chesa Sassella is located directly at the cross-country ski run of the Engadin Ski¬ma¬ra¬thon. There is a communal laundry room in the house. A restored garden belongs to the apartment. There is no lift in the Chesa Sassella. Pets are welcome at the Che¬¬sa Sassella. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Room layout:
The apartment at Chesa Sassella is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the children's room there are two single beds, which are also suitable for adults. In front of the living room there is a private garden seating area, followed by a large lawn. The view from the living room is open. The separate kitchen with daylight is connected to the living room via a hatch. The bathroom, which is equipped with bathtub, washbasin and toilet, also has a window.

Equipment:
The apartment is furnished in the typical Engadine style with light-coloured fitted carpets and built-in Swiss stone pine furniture. The kitchen appliances (glass ceramic hob with extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher) have all been renovated. A microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine are also available. The bathroom is in its original state. The apartment is equipped with Swiss-com-TV and Gratis-W-Lan.
