Description of the holiday rental
The beautiful 3.5 room rooftop flat is located directly above Lake Laax and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The modern holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 guests on 75m2. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate shower with toilet can be found in the flat.
The modern apartment is located in a 2-family house, beautifully and quietly situated. The children's lift, Lake Laax and the indoor swimming pool are only 2-3 minutes' walk from the apartment. The bus stop for the free local bus, which takes you comfortably to the mountain railroads to Laax or Flims, is also within the same distance.
A baby bed for small children and a high chair are available in the apartment. A washing machine and dryer can be found in the house. Pets are also welcome in this apartment (CHF 20.00 per dog per stay). Smoking is unfortunately not permitted in this apartment.
