The flat has a bright living room, a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, a children's room with double bed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.

The modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, steamer, dishwasher and fridge is open to the dining area and living room. Covered balcony with a view of the mountains. The living/dining area and the bedrooms have parquet flooring. Also available: TV in the living room (NETFLIX), Internet (WLAN), washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room. There is a parking space in the underground car park. There is also a lift and a ski storage room in the basement.

In addition to the location directly at the valley station in Laax, there is a wide range of facilities for young and old, including a crèche with a special children's programme and loving all-day care - the best conditions for carefree holidays in the unique mountain world of the Flims Laax Falera region.

Bed linen sets and 2 bath towels per person are included in the price of the final cleaning. The beds are already made on arrival.

The apartment in Laax is located in a quiet area, directly at the edge of the forest. However, the Laax valley station and the Rocks Resort, with excellent shopping, restaurants, and bars, are only about a five-minute walk away. The cable cars are also in close proximity.
