Welcome to the modern 3.5 room holiday flat in Lantsch/Lenz. With its 100 square metres, the flat offers enough space for the whole family. The two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping facilities for 2 adults and 3 children. There is a double bed with an extra bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed in the children's room. The large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sofa with a fireplace invites you to linger. There are also two bathrooms with shower/WC and one with bath/WC.
Outside you will find a beautiful fenced garden with a cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing in the fresh mountain air. The fencing offers privacy so that you can move freely in your own space without prying eyes from outside. As well as protection for your children and pets, keeping them out of the street unsupervised.
