Description of the holiday rental
145 m2 spread over two floors. It is private and at the unrestricted disposal of the guests.
It is located in the commune of Le Noirmont in the beautiful region of the Franches-Montagnes in the heart of the Jura. At a distance of 500 metres, you will find all services in the village centre. The house sleeps 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a guest toilet downstairs.
Built in the 17th century, walls of exposed Jura stone, ceilings with natural wooden beams, floors of Jura stone, decorative fireplace. Wooden flooring on the upper floor.
Separate entrance with code box for the keys.

Covered and furnished outdoor terrace with parasol, deckchairs, armchairs, chairs, tables and sun protection curtain. Large garden with beautiful flowers depending on the season.
Accommodation: The house is located at the top of the village, 800 metres from the train station.

- Toilet with washbasin.
- Kitchen with dining area, fully equipped, dishwasher, basic groceries provided.
- Large, bright living/dining room, windows with shutters for security.

Upper floor:
- Anteroom with sofa for comfortable reading.
- Two separate bedrooms, each equipped with two beds, a wardrobe and other accessories.
- Two bathrooms, one with shower/bathtub, washbasin and toilet, the other with shower and washbasin and handles for people with reduced mobility.

Le Noirmont is an ideal place for those looking for nature, sporting activities or tranquillity and who enjoy the lush greenery or the snow.
