2-room ground floor apartment building renovated in summer 2020, directly below the hotel Waldrand. Very quiet location with open view of Wildstrubel and Bühlberg. Covered seating place surrounded by a large garden for shared use. Centrally located. Less than 10 minutes on foot to the Center (even less with an available old women’s bicycle) or on public transport (blue REKA line, bus stop in front of the house). The swimming pool ( indoor, outdoor and wellness facilities) are in the immediate vicinity. Reachable on skis and board in winter when snow conditions are good – children’s T-bar reachable by foot in 5 minutes, Wallegg chairlift in 10 minutes.
