Description of the holiday rental
The apartment is located in a very central part of Zermatt and consists of: a living room (TV, CD player, Radio, Wlan), a kitchen with cooking island (coffee machine, raclette oven, fondue-set, dishwasher, oven), two bedrooms, one bathroom with bath and WC, and one bathroom with shower, WC and washing column.
3.5-room apartment: living room, a kitchen with cooking island, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom double bed (1.60 m by 2 m). 2nd bedroom 2 single beds (0.9 m by 2 m). 2nd bathroom: shower, washing machine, tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a coffee machine, a fondue-caquelon with rechaud and a raclette oven. In the living room there is a double sofa, two armchairs, a TV set and a Stereo, Internet/WLAN.
We draw your attention to the fact that the house will be renovated from April 10 to End of August 2023: paint the façade, staircase, replace the elevator and windows staircase, roof renovation, etc. This leads to noise emissions. For this reason, we have reduced the price. As an alternative, we can offer you the apartment in Haus Rubin. You can find these on www.zermatt.ch «Search» Rubin three stars.
