Non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher. Ligerz 10 km from Biel / Bienne: Very beautiful, historical timber house "Winzerhaus", 4 storeys, built in 1494, renovated in 2023, surrounded by vineyards. In the centre of Ligerz, 50 m from the lake, in a pedestrian area. Private: terraced garden. In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road extra.
