Description of the holiday rental
Cozy living room with dining area, reading corner and a pull-out sofa, which can be used as an extra bed for 2 people. The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with lavabo and have windows overlooking the garden. One bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, another with a double bed (separable) and the third with two separate single beds. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 2 people. On the first floor is the entrance with wardrobe, in front of it is a glazed winter garden. Next to it sauna, laundry and ironing room which can be shared by arrangement.
The 4.5-room apartment is located in a detached house in Luzeiner Unterdorf, near the church. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the converted gaden (former stable). Covered arbor with dining table, lounge and deck chairs is exclusively available for guests. Child-friendly garden and covered garden sitting area can be shared. The apartment is heated by central heating (oil heating).Older, but lovingly maintained accommodation to rest, ideal location also for excursions in different directions (Davos, Engadine, Grisons). In winter, after a short drive, various ski resorts, winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are available. In summer you will find an outdoor swimming pool with a large forest playground in Pany. With the Pany guest card you benefit from various discounts (e.g. free entrance to the swimming pool, 50% discount on daily and weekly tickets for the ski lift Pany, free use of the PostBus line Schiers - St. Antönien and Küblis - St. Antönien). In the immediate vicinity is a good restaurant.
Shopping possibilities: Küblis (5 minutes by car), Pany (8 minutes by car). Post bus stop right next to the house. Parking spaces also next to the house.
