This beautiful and modern furnished 2.5 room apartment guarantees you an all around comfort on 43m2. the apartment is equipped with five sleeping places, consisting of one single bed, a double bed as well as a sofa bed for two persons. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for five people with crockery, cutlery and pans, has two hot plates and a combination appliance that can be used both for baking and as a microwave. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. In addition, you can stay on the large apartment balcony on beautiful summer evenings - relaxation is guaranteed here.
Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. For business or pleasure, Wi-Fi Internet and a television with many channels are available.
You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity.
