The 1st floor apartment is easily accessible by lift and inside offers a bright, contemporary layout comprising of a sitting room with large wrap around sofa, a SAT TV with DVD player, an accompanying modern dining area and a fully-equipped separate kitchen with a coffee machine. A sunny terrace balcony with outdoor sitting area offers a welcoming summertime flow, whilst the family bedroom with double bed and bunk beds is perfect for family groups of 4. A modern fitted family bathroom completes the layout of this modern, carefree home.

The 1st floor apartment features in a 4-storey residence with lift access. To the -1 level of the residence, a communal laundry room features.
Outside, public street parking is provided (restrictions apply).

Situated along ‘Via Verbano’ in the quiet Locarno neighbourhood of Minusio, guests are placed 2 minutes’ walk from an authentic Italian Pizzeria and a local convenience shop. The closest supermarket and a wider range of eateries are both within a short 7 minutes’ stroll away.

The peaceful location provides proximity by car to the buzzing resort centre of Locarno, its central train station, popular lakeside Lido and ferry stop for sightseeing day trips on Lake Maggiore (all 5 – 8 minutes’ drive away). The holiday home is placed 40 minutes’ drive from Lugano Airport and 1 hour 36 minutes’ drive from Milan Malpensa Airport.
