The living room is a large, friendly living space with kitchen and a wonderful panoramic view. In the living room, 2 sofas invite you to relax. The TV has several German and international channels. A small selection of board games and books are available. WLAN available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is very well equipped and has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), kettle, raclette oven, fondue caquelon and much more. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms, one bathroom with daylight with WC and (rain) shower, the second bathroom with WC, urinal and (rain) shower. The bathrooms are jointless - in Base Beton. Towels available and included in the price.

Storage room with washing machine and vacuum cleaner

The bright and modern 4-room apartment is located in a two-family house built at the end of 2020 on the upper edge of Morissen. Due to its unique architectural style and location, the apartment offers a dreamlike view over the entire valley and the wonderful mountain world of Val Lumnezia. In summer, you can enjoy this wonderful view from the large seating terrace.  A parking space above the house is available and included in the price. Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed. The valley station of the mountain railways in Vella can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The stop of the ski bus is about 300 meters away.
