From the terrace/garden seating area you have a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. In winter, skiing down to “practically in front of the door”. In the basement there is a ski room with ski boot heating. Approximately 100 meters away are shopping facilities (Volg), restaurants and bus stop (public transport, ski bus, hiking bus). Parking is available in the garage, lift, apartment/house with restrictions wheelchair accessible. Non-smoking apartment, pets are allowed upon request.
