Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms, a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The smaller room is slightly sloping. All rooms have a wardrobe or dresser. Bed linen is provided and included in the price. 

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen and dining area. The living room has a dining table with four chairs. A two-seater sofa that can be pulled out and used as a bed, as well as a comfortable armchair. TV with satellite reception. WLAN available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a raclette oven and a fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is available on request at no extra charge.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The three-room apartment (55m2) is located in a beautiful two-family house, the attic apartment is rented out. The house is located in Misanenga in a beautiful location. With a view of the beautiful mountains of Obersaxen and the Surselva, just a few minutes from the Untermatt chairlift. You can ski right up to the house. A large garage is available, where skis, sleds, etc. can be stored. There is a ski boot dryer in the garage. The apartment has a small balcony.

The Rufalipark can be reached in five minutes. In winter with the ice rink, in summer with the bathing lake, tennis court, playground, fireplace as well as a year-round indoor playground paradise. 

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation: Not wheelchair accessible.
