Find your perfect vacation home by the lake at this one-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a two-story building.

The lake-view apartment invites four guests to live and enjoy the various attractions of Ponte Tresa on the shore of Lake Lugano. The open plan living room has a sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen where one will find a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven and a fridge among other utilities.

Central heating and private parking are also available for your convenience.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The charming lake-view bedroom under a sloped ceiling has a double bed, a skylight, a wardrobe and an en-suite facility.

Two guests can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom has a shower, a bidet and a WC.

Location

The cosy apartment overlooking the lake is located in the main town area of Ponte Tresa, from where the ferry terminal, as well as the bus station, is a convenient 5-8 minutes walk for the guests to access other towns and cities on Lake Lugano such as Lugano, Gandria and Melide. Plenty of restaurants including a Japanese sushi bar, pizzerias, Italian restaurants, along with a supermarket are also located within a 10-minute walking radius facilitating a carefree stay here. For those looking to soak up the beauty of Lake Lugano, the Lungalago of Ponte Tresa and a hiking area with panoramic views are between 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, fun at Lido di Caslano, the Golf Club of Lugano and Zoo al Maglio, all are a 10-minute drive from this holiday home.

The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, located about an hour’s drive away.
