Description of the holiday rental
You occupy the entire top floor alone (approx. 105 m2). From the south/southwest-facing balcony, the view sweeps from the Diavolezza cable car across the valley to the mountain peaks and via the Staz forest to the slopes above St. Moritz and Celerina. The entire house was completely renovated in 2023. A "new house" with garage, laundry room, ski room and multi-purpose room awaits you. Another car can be parked on the large parking lot. (The parking spaces are not marked.) At the same time, the existing apartment has been enlarged with two additional rooms and a wet room with rain shower. Parquet floors throughout, skylights, new design of the rooms with interesting details - a gem! IT/WLAN, living room with SAT-TV, radio, separate kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom directly accessible from the parents' room (bed and crib available). Bus stop Godin approx. 300 m from the house, direct connections to the cross-country ski run and hiking trails. The basic price per night is based on two adults. It is increased per additional adult person by Fr. 30.00/night per additional adult and Fr. 15.00/night per child. Special prices are possible by arrangement.
