Casa Selva, Puschlav

Our Maiensäss "Casa Selva" is located in Selva, about 15 minutes by car from Poschiavo, and is situated on a beautiful terrace (1500 metres above sea level) on the right side of the valley as seen from the Bernina. From there you can enjoy a marvellous view of all the mountains in the valley.

Selva is a hamlet on a beautiful sunny terrace and is only inhabited from spring to autumn.

It is a former farmhouse that we renovated in 2020. The front part of the house consists of 2 flats with separate entrances. The flat we rent out is on the first floor, but has direct and separate access to the meadow.

The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room with kitchen. The renovated kitchen has a wood and electric cooker and a fridge.

The new bathroom is equipped with a shower, boiler and WC. A washing machine is also available.
The flat can be heated electrically and with wood.

Pets are welcome!

From the balcony you can enjoy a unique view of the Poschiavo mountains.
The flat has a separate garden seating area with its own fireplace.

The ground floor flat is only available to the tenants of the upper flat, if desired.
( e.g. for a large family, visiting friends, 2 families who want to spend their holidays together )

At the rear of the house is the stable and barn of the former farmhouse, which are no longer in use.

A mountain restaurant offers very good cuisine with Italian and local specialities.

In Selva you will be able to enjoy absolute peace and quiet in an unspoilt mountain landscape.

Selva, like Sumprai, is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, etc.
