Description of the holiday rental
Completely renovated 3 bedroom vacation home in the lovely alpine village Ruschein (Surselva). Great sunny view towards Vals Valley, Val Lumnezia etc. Complementary shuttle bus to the Weisse Arena skiing resort (Laax Bergbahnen). Ski run all the way down from Crap Masegn to the village. Reserved parking space in midtown parking garage available (5 min walk), un/loading and short term parking in front of the house possible. There is a small grocery store in Ruschein. The house had been completely remodeled in 2013. Entrance area with large cloakroom, laundry and since 2024 a Bio-SAUNA.
Open living floor (kitchen, dining room, living room) with wooden floor, soap stone furnace, bathroom (bath, toilet). Sleeping floor includes 3 large bedrooms (2, 2, 4 beds), carpet floors, and a bathroom (shower, toilet). Large balcony (living floor) and spacious patio. Satellite TV and Internet (Wifi, limited data volume per month) available.
In summer you will benefit from the Surselva Gästekarte, which enables to ride the mountain railways, go swimming or visit museums for fee.
