3.5-room apartment (62qm) on the 1st floor of a two-family chalet which was built in 1965. Very sunny furnished spacious balcony (23m2 with breathtaking panoramic view over the Saanenland. 1 garage and 1-2 uncovered parking spaces are available. A small sauna on the ground floor is at your disposal (access by the garage). The cable cars, ski and cross-country ski slopes as well as different shopping facilities (in Saanen or Schönried) are reachable within a few minutes by car.
