Our cosy holiday flat in Klosters-Platz in the canton of Graubünden offers space for up to 4 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an additional WC. The flat has been lovingly renovated, furnished and decorated. We would be delighted if you could enjoy and care for the flat as much as we always do. The flat is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) and has an attractive balcony where you can relax with a fantastic view over the Landquart river. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle, oven with microwave, crockery, glasses, cutlery and a dishwasher, plus a fireplace promises cosy evenings. The flat has no air conditioning.

The location is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts: The Gotschna valley station gondola lift is a 2-minute walk away, where you can access the beautiful Parsen ski area. The ski school is also just 200 metres away. For those who enjoy cross-country skiing, the cross-country ski trail is not far away, at a distance of 300 metres. Just as practical is the ski bus, which stops 100 metres away and takes you to Davos or the Madrisa ski area. Shopping for daily needs can be done in a grocery store, which is also only 200 metres away, as well as the nearest village centre with numerous restaurants, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The flat is perfect for couples or small families, but without small children, only from the age of 12 (due to visitor's tax regulations), who are looking for a relaxing and active holiday in the picturesque surroundings of Klosters-Serneus. Group bookings are not permitted in this accommodation, which also guarantees peace and relaxation. Animals of any kind are also not allowed!
