Allegra and welcome to the Chasa Döss holiday flat

This is a beautiful attic flat - converted from the hay barn of an Engadine house - in the picturesque "Scuol-sura" part of the village. Extremely central, sunny and quiet residential area. Only a few steps to the local/ski bus stop and the shops.

The maisonette flat is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) and has the following room layout: Entrance area with living room with usable Swedish stove and open, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The conservatory-like dining area can be transformed into a kind of "west-facing balcony" in summer by opening the glass doors. Double bedroom with direct access to the bathroom with washbasin, WC, bathtub and rain shower. Separate WC/sink. The internal staircase leads to the gallery with access to the 2 additional double bedrooms and the additional bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower. Electric sun blinds throughout the flat. Skis and other winter sports equipment can be stored in the garage.
