Bathroom
The bathroom features an open shower, a sink with a countertop, and a toilet. Towels are provided and included.   

Living Room
The living room contains a sofa bed, a comfortable leather armchair, a coffee table, TV with radio, and a chest of drawers with bed linens for the sofa bed. During the day, the bed linens can be stored in the chest of drawers. The living room also provides access to the balcony. 

Kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), a kettle, a fondue set, and generally good cooking utensils. Spices may be used. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price. A dining table with 4 chairs is included. 

Furnishings
The floors are made of oiled oak parquet. The bathroom is equipped with granite tiles and is modernly furnished. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Upon request, a baby cot and a high chair can be arranged on site.

The 2.5-room holiday apartment (41m2 + balcony 12 m2) is located in a detached multi-family house with a total of 7 apartments. The house is situated directly above the Sedrun train station in a beautiful location with a view of the mountains. The Valtgeva ski lifts are just 40 meters away on foot, and thus the cable car to Cuolm da Vi with the Disentis ski area. You can reach the train station via a pedestrian underpass in 4 minutes. This way, you can quickly reach the valley station of the Andermatt-Sedrun ski area by train.

The apartment features a south-facing balcony. The neighboring building has a parking space in the underground garage, which belongs to the apartment. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Skis can be stored overnight in the garage near the parking space. Ski boots and other outdoor shoes can be stored directly in the hallway by the main entrance. The entire apartment was completely renovated in 2021.
