Tasteful 4-room apartment on the 1st floor, approx. 130 m2, in a very quiet location. Whole apartment with wooden floor. Entrée with wardrobe. Open kitchen with oven, Chicco d'oro coffee machine and dishwasher. Living/dining room with exit to balcony, room with fireplace with exit to the balcony. Double room with exit to the balcony with bathroom ensuite (WC/sink/bathtub/bidet). Double room with access to the balcony with bathroom ensuite (WC/avabo/bathtub/bidet). HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Murtel is located in a settlement of houses built in the Engadine style, at the entrance to the village of Sils-Maria. Cross-country skiing tracks can be found next to the house. The valley station of the Furtschellas cable car can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or with the sports bus (stop 50m from the house). The sports bus runs every half hour in winter in all directions. There are hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
