Description of the holiday rental
There is a 2 ½ room non-smoker apartment (50 m2) for 2 – 3 persons, very sunny, quiet and comfortable on the raised ground floor with a garage and a parking place. There are two balconies in the living room and in the bed room with the view to the South and the mountains “Piz Margna” and Maloja. There is an arven furniture and a carpet in the apartment. There is a corner bench with a table , chairs and a sofa, TV, radio, internet with Wi-Fi in the living room. There is a double bed (two beds) and a wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the bed room (a children bed is possible). The kitchen is equipped well: with a cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment and espresso machine etc. There is a bathroom and WC in the apartment. There is a laundry room in the ground floor with a washing machine and a heating chamber. There is a separate room for skis, sledge, bicycle and baby carriage located in the ground floor as well. The apartment is located 100 m to the bus station, walking-routes and cross-country skiing routes, 200 m to the super market and 5 minutes to Furtschellas/ Corvatsch station. There is a courtesy bus to the village and Furtschellas/Corvatsch station in winter
