Bright 2-room apartment on the 1st floor, 44sqm, quietly situated with sunny terrace (approx. 25 sqm) and wonderful view to the Lake Silvaplana and the mountains. Practical and modern facilities. The apartment has Swisscom TV and wireless access. The bedroom has a double bed and built-in closet and separate small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a small freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, hand blender and kitchen scale. The bathroom has a bathtub and is equipped with soap dispenser and hair dryer. The living room and bedroom have parquet flooring. The bathroom and the kitchen have ceramic floor plates. To the apartment belongs a garage place in a double garage (rather narrow) and additionally also some parking lots are available. The indicated rental price includes additional costs such as electricity, water, heating, visitor and tourism taxes, WLAN, bath, bed and kitchen linen, garage space and final cleaning.
