Description of the holiday rental
Our house is located in the beautiful Fextal, ca, 4.5 km from Sils-Maria. We run agriculture and the apartment is located directly in the farm, divided into 2 floors (living room + 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 1 bedroom, kitchen + bathroom on the 1st floor). The apartment is simple and rustic. The rent is calculated per overnight stay Sfr. 95.00 including tourist tax. For the final cleaning of the apartment we charge Sfr. 100.00. Access by car to the Fex Valley is not permitted for holiday guests. You can park your car in the time of your stay in the undergroundparking of Sils-Maria built extra for holiday guests in the region. On the day of arrival we pick up our guests in Sils-Maria, on the day of departure we bring them back to their car.
