Description of the holiday rental
The flat, which was completely renovated in 2023, is located in a house with a total of four flats. It has a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, a living room, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a modern bathroom with lockable WC, walk-in shower and double washbasins. Skis, bikes, pushchairs etc. can be stored in a separate ski and bike room. The car park is right outside the front door. The flat is located on the Hinterrhein and directly on the cross-country ski trail. The valley station of the family-friendly Splügen-Tambo ski area is just under 1 km away and can therefore be reached on foot or by ski bus. In winter the natural ice rink and in summer the two clay tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
