Cancellation policy: You will receive full refund when cancelling up to 7 days prior to check-in Rental basis: Entire house or apartment Number of bedrooms: 0; Number of other rooms with beds: 2 The very quiet rooms are newly renovated and are located in the basement of the house. There are two rooms (22.5 square meters and 10 square meters), as well as a toilet and laundry room with washing machine. The larger room is perfect for seminars and courses for up to ten people. The premises can be rented for individual days or permanently (750 CHF + additional costs/month). If you are interested in permanent rental please send a message. There are no sleeping facilities, but there is an apartment on the ground floor with space for 6 people, which can also be booked if required. The house is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot from the city center of St. Gallen. It's well connected to public transport and you can use the Uber app to book a private taxi. The house is quiet but centrally located in the middle of a green area. With lots of nature and the nearby Lake Constance, the area around St. Gallen invites you to go hiking and cycling. In summer there are various swimming possibilities. For skiers there are several small ski lifts nearby and larger ski areas can also be reached in just over an hour by car.
