Cosy, stylish holiday flat in the centre of the village of St. Moritz.

Location and general information:
The house Au Réduit is located in the centre of the village of St. Moritz diagonally opposite the world-famous Hotel Palace and right next to the equally famous Confiserie Hanselmann. The property was built in 1972 and is constantly maintained and modernised. Originally planned and commissioned as an apartment building with units rented exclusively as holiday flats, the use of the property has gradually changed. Numerous flats are still rented out on a weekly basis, but many flats are now permanently occupied. The hotel-like character of Au Réduit has nevertheless been retained. Although the entrance to Au Réduit is located in the pedestrian zone, the garage, which faces Via Maistra, can be reached by car without any restrictions.

Flat 201 is located on the 2nd floor (from the entrance to the building) and faces east. From the balcony, the view sweeps towards Muottas Muragl and across Lake St. Moritz. The flat has been renovated and refurnished.

There is a communal laundry room (coin-operated) and an in-house waste collection point.

The flat does not have a garage or outside parking space. The public car park Serletta, whose exit is right next to the Hotel Palace, is recommended for vehicles.

Room layout:
Flat 201 consists of a cosy living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and access to the balcony. Next to it is the double bedroom, which also has direct access to the balcony. The bathroom is accessible from the entrance area.

Furnishings:
The flat has been very tastefully furnished, mainly with wooden furniture. In the bedroom there is a double bed with two single mattresses and a large wardrobe. In the living room there is a dining table for 4 people and a cosy sofa set. Swisscom TV and free WLAN are available to our guests. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with extractor fan and oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin with mirror cabinet.
