Description of the holiday rental

The 4 1/2 room apartment: On the ground floor are the kitchen, WC and living/dining room with a fireplace stove (“Swedish stove”). The large veranda facing the garden is fully glazed. The lawn is large enough for playing badminton and sunbathing. The mowed part is enclosed by a 2m high fence as a run for house cats and dogs that you don't want to let roam free. The fenced area is two-tiered, with a rock band about 2m high separating the two levels. For children and cats, this rock is an attraction, but it's a bit hazardous for small children. On the upper floor are 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, 140x200, two with bunk beds, shower and WC, a large barred balcony and a tool chamber. The living and bedrooms are panelled with wood, and the floors are covered with linoleum or fitted carpets. You don't have to do without your radio, TV, DVD or your usual espresso.

Depending on availability, a studio can also be booked in the same house. Both apartments are independent with separate entrances.

Notes: The municipal tax is included.

The house is located on the valley side edge of the building zone in one of the most beautiful viewing positions in the area, about 30 meters below the road to Platenga (on the outskirts of Surcuolm, directly on the ski slope). Outside the haymaking season, it is very quiet, for some visitors even uncomfortably quiet.

The house is small, made of wood inside and out.
