Bedrooms:
One bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and roof window; second bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and bunk bed with mountain view. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. Bed linen available and not included in the price (CHF 15.00 p.P.).

Living room:
The apartment was installed in 2018 and has a spacious open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room has a dining table with bench and chairs, a large leather sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Balcony with morning and afternoon sun. WLAN available throughout the apartment (free of charge).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob with oven and microwave, a large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a table-top grill-raclette oven and fondue accessories. Kitchen linen, cleaning products and common spices are available.

Bathroom:
The spacious bathroom with daylight has a bathtub, a separate shower, a double washbasin and a washing machine. Toilet with washbasin separate from the bathroom. Towels are available on request and not included in the price.

The new 3½-room apartment (85 m2) for 6 people is located in Obersaxen-Valata directly on the ski slope and at the valley station. Ski storage available. In summer, it's the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours.
The apartment is on the upper floor, directly above the Talstation Valata restaurant. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of Piz Mundaun and other mountains of the Surselva. Very quiet location.
