The studio is about 35 m2 and is located on the 3rd floor with a sunny balcony. It is equipped with an open kitchen and offers space to enjoy peaceful holidays in company.

The skiing area Motta Naluns is reachable via Scuol by car and post bus in 5 minutes. The cross country ski track Martina-Scuol can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The ice rink and the football field Gurlaina are within 10 minutes walking distance. Shopping facilities are located in nearby Scuol, 5 minutes by car/post bus or 10 minutes by bike/on foot.
